In 2023, we launched the “Great Place to Work” global survey, confirming our commitment to employee well-being and satisfaction. Five of our sites had already been certified.

After several years in change management and digital transformation, I felt the need to give a broader meaning to my work, by aligning my project management skills with my personal values.

Today, my role in the CSR department enables me to work on issues aimed at reducing our carbon footprint, raising awareness and training employees in climate change, and strengthening our commitment to stakeholders. On a daily basis, I see the concrete impact of our actions, and this motivates me to lead the CSR approach to contribute to LACROIX's positive impact strategy.

I started as a product quality controller and I'm now in charge of industrialisation alongside methods.

My internal mobility has always been motivated by my desire to learn about and improve workflows, and my manager has always listened to me and offered me opportunities for development.

Product and Methods Quality Controller

I joined as a trainee in eco-design, which then led to a permanent contract as an Environment & Eco-design Project Manager. I had the opportunity to be trained internally by the R&D teams and by external partners. My managers gave me great support. It's quite rare to do a work-linked training course, then go on to a permanent contract, then move up to a senior position in less than 4 years, and it's very rewarding!

Ecodesign Domain Leader

I started out as a technical studies manager, then moved on to become a pre-sales project manager and, since 2023, I've been in charge of the 'pre-sales & City projects' department.

The job changes came about naturally as a result of the needs of the retail business, the proliferation of cross-functional projects and the development of prescription services. My internal mobility was the result of a personal desire in relation to a family project. These various changes were supported and monitored by my manager.
