customer journey

Dorian - Customer Journey Technician

I provide customer support for our products, including internationally. I train them in how to use them and I help commission our equipment on site. I also work on development and validation to create programmes, libraries of functional blocks or compatibility tests: this completes the basic functionality of the products.
In my job, I enjoy the diversity of the tasks, the contact with the customer and the passing on of skills. We have a great team spirit, always someone to help us and a real family feel.

Lioba - Smart Grids Technician

I deal with everything technically related to customer engagement, from product presentation to post-sales support, testing and training. I enjoy being involved at every stage of the customer journey, whether it’s identifying new opportunities, developing and managing offers, dealing with training or helping to resolve technical issues for our customers and partners. I’m delighted to see the team motivated and committed to developing this new business together.
