Manufacturing
Sylvain, Test Engineer.
I propose solutions that reduce the tediousness of manual operations, increase the competitiveness of our production facilities and make manufacturing processes more reliable.
With these cobots, we allow operators to work alongside the robot in complete safety. In some cases, the cobot interacts directly with the operator, making it a collaborative tool.
I work with all the site’s trades: Developing production equipment means listening to everyone involved and finding solutions to meet their needs.
Konrad, NPI Project Manager.
As project manager, my objective is to develop and execute the project in terms of deadlines, costs and quality. In short, I steer the team so that the project is successfully completed.
I manage automotive lighting and thermal systems projects. I work closely with the customer’s teams and representatives from many departments: engineering, quality, planning, supply chain and production, etc.
I’m also in contact with other project and product managers. We share ideas and think about how to get series production off to a good start.
Charlotte, Test Controller.
My job is to detect any manufacturing defects and validate that the product conforms to the order. I use tools to manage and share data within LACROIX.
I work with the test team leaders, test operators, test engineers, as well as the methods and customer quality departments.
I enjoy working with a wide variety of people and professions, because everyone brings their own skills to the table, and that’s rewarding.

customer journey
Dorian - Customer Journey Technician
I provide customer support for our products, including internationally. I train them in how to use them and I help commission our equipment on site. I also work on development and validation to create programmes, libraries of functional blocks or compatibility tests: this completes the basic functionality of the products.
In my job, I enjoy the diversity of the tasks, the contact with the customer and the passing on of skills. We have a great team spirit, always someone to help us and a real family feel.
Lioba - Smart Grids Technician
I deal with everything technically related to customer engagement, from product presentation to post-sales support, testing and training. I enjoy being involved at every stage of the customer journey, whether it’s identifying new opportunities, developing and managing offers, dealing with training or helping to resolve technical issues for our customers and partners. I’m delighted to see the team motivated and committed to developing this new business together.
